Who should take this course?
Menus are the foundation for all advanced workflows in Galley (cycle counts, purchasing, & production). Anyone working with Galley menus, including culinary staff, supply chain/logistics, and finance team members, should take this course. Ensure you've gone through the Galley Basics: the Data Model & 7C's learning path first, though!
